Enjoyed the food except the fries. I asked for them to be well done and crispy and they weren't, they were under cooked and soggy. Everything else was good, especially the breaded garlic cheese bites. The fried mushrooms are big, not the frozen button type. Gracie was our server and she took time to answer questions we had and was pleasant.
I don’t usually write any reviews but I absolutely had to after tonight. I am a single mom of two young children (ages 2 and 4) and we have just moved to the area. This is our second time at this location. (Side note, last time we had Chloe and she remembered us when we walked in this time and went out of her way to come talk to us and give my kids some stickers- so kind!!) Anyways, this time we had Scott, who was also great!! Now here’s where the story begins… Unfortunately, I can’t say the same for the four older adults at the booth behind us. We were trying to enjoy a simple Mother’s Day meal at a place we found that we like and the couples ended up making multiple comments about my children being too loud and how they shouldn’t be there. Now, are my kids a bit loud? Yes. Do I try to rein it in and teach them? Absolutely! Should they not be allowed to enjoy a meal out because of this? Absolutely not. Needless to say, I kept it together but eventually was telling Scott about the terrible encounter with them and the next thing I know, the OTHER female server ( I am so sorry, I realized I did not get her name but she was GREAT as well) came over and removed my bill from the table, said they were covering it and she’s so sorry that I had that experience and to have a Happy Mothers Day!! Now, I thought this was the KINDEST act from the staff and the restaurant itself. I did not ever fault the restaurant for what happened because it simply is NOT their fault, I wasn’t complaining when I told Scott, I actually was just sad about it and I NEVER expected any “compensation” for having the other customers be rude to me, again, as it is NOT the restaurants fault. But the KINDNESS that was shown to me tonight from the amazing staff and business itself, was something I HAD to talk about. It was NOT anything that had to do with their performance or food quality. It was simply, rude customers degrading a mama with kids and the staff could’ve said I’m sorry for that and walked away, but instead they went ABOVE and BEYOND. And I just had to say, again, THANK YOU! Scott, Chloe and other female whos name I will be sure to get next time! You really didn’t have to do that, but it is something this mama won’t ever forget and I’m so grateful for the kindness to my children as well! ❤️🥹 Also, the food is sooooooo good!
If you leave hungry, it’s your fault!! The service was great, food was better, and the atmosphere was inviting and fun!!! Love burgers? This is THE spot!!
